Over 28 years, he built a foundation of trust that established four thriving industry verticals — proving that disciplined, quality-first execution compounds across generations.
Managing Partner & Lead Executive
Completed his schooling at Hiramani School, Ahmedabad, and earned his degree in Civil Engineering from LJ University. He has led major infrastructure works across Gujarat and Rajasthan. In 2019, he took on the role of Managing Partner and CEO of Ozone PB Spintex Pvt Ltd upon acquisition by Sky Spintex Group, transforming capacity from 7 tonnes to 24 tonnes. Today, he steers strategy and operations for the Sky Spintex & Textile Group while serving as lead executive of the government construction venture.

Mr. Arjav Gaudani leads execution and operations for the group's real estate division, drives research into emerging ventures at Arvish Ventures, and collaborates on strategy at Curefox Healthcare. He brings a forward-looking perspective grounded in engineering precision and entrepreneurial growth.

In 2022, the Gaudani family formalized nearly three decades of quiet giving into a dedicated institution — named in honor of the founder's mother. It was her values of generosity, humility, and looking after those around you that the trust was built to carry forward.
The trust runs regular food drives and sponsored meal services, supporting institutions that serve communities the family has long felt connected to, as well as those simply in need. It's steady, unglamorous work — the kind that doesn't ask who deserves help before offering it.
The trust's core focus is education. Working closely with Sanskruti Samvardhan Trust for on-ground support, it has run daily after-school tuition classes for children who want to learn but cannot afford extra help. No child should be limited by what their family can pay.
This work is most active across East Ahmedabad — in Bapunagar, Odhav, Kathwada, and neighbouring communities: areas the family has deep roots in, long before Arvish Corp became a name on a building.
